Welcome to Aligned with Leigh, a warm and welcoming space in Waterfall, in the Upper Highway area, where you can pause, explore who you are and reconnect with what matters to you.

There are times when life feels full, yet something within us feels a little lost. Perhaps you have spent so long meeting everyone else’s needs or being who you felt you should be that you are no longer sure what feels right for you. You may be longing to understand yourself on a deeper level, rediscover what brings you joy and find your way back to who you truly are.

My name is Leigh, and I am the heart behind Aligned with Leigh. I support women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected or at a crossroads, offering space to feel heard, reflect honestly and explore their next steps with greater clarity and self-trust.

My approach brings together Reiki, numerology, chakra coaching and astrology for self-discovery, alongside thoughtful conversation and practical tools for everyday life. Our time together is shaped around your needs, allowing you to explore at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

After more than 30 years in finance, and through my own experiences of change and personal growth, I felt drawn towards work that connected my practical understanding with my passion for helping people understand themselves. My own journey with these practices became the foundation of Aligned with Leigh, and I bring that lived experience, compassion and grounded perspective into each session.

My offerings include:

* Reiki sessions — Gentle, quiet time to rest, receive care and make space for yourself.
* Personalised numerology reports and consultations — Explore your strengths, relationships, recurring themes and life cycles as a way to deepen your understanding of yourself.
* The Astrology of You — An accessible, interactive exploration of your birth chart, your emotional needs, individuality and what lights you up.
* Reiki and numerology packages — Two sessions bringing together personal insight, reflection and Reiki.
* The Soul Alignment Journey — An eight-week experience combining Reiki, chakra coaching, numerology and astrology insights, with practices to support reflection between sessions.
* Full moon bonfire evenings, guided meditations and workshops — Welcoming gatherings that offer time to reflect, connect and step away from everyday demands.

You do not need previous experience with any of these practices or a clear idea of where to begin. Whether you are looking for a quiet hour for yourself or a deeper journey of self-discovery, you are welcome to get in touch so we can explore what feels right for you.

I look forward to welcoming you.
